Yep, Zamboni waterskiing is a thing and it is awesome


If the Winter Olympics is looking for a new event to add in their future, they might want to zamboni waterskiing.

The below epic moment happened in a EIHL game as former NHL player David Ling decides to become the first hockey player to take up the sport by pretending to follow around the zamboni during a stoppage of play:

One of the bigger stories prior to Super Bowl XLVII was Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis possibly be linked to deer antler extract which lands under the NFL's banned substance list.

Guy wearing horse head mask celebrates Ales Hemsky goal


Recently, there has been a trend of people wearing horse head masks at sporting events and during last night's Edmonton Oilers/Vancouver Canucks game, one horse head wearing fan got caught on camera celebrating a goal.

Keep an eye on the lower right hand portion of the screen as Oilers forward Ales Hemsky scores his third goal of the season.

Western Illinois cheerleader collides with mascot during routine


As previously noted on Laugh At Sports, we love it when mascots accidentally collide with real people and this might be the best example that we'll get for awhile.

It happened at a Western Illinois men's basketball game when a stoppage of play gave rise to the Western Illinois cheerleading team.

Keep an eye on the mascot better known as "Rocky" attempting to cross the court until he collides with a female cheerleader:

Minor league hockey coach mimics blind man to mock referees


We here at Laugh At Sports love when professional/minor league coaches freak out over bad calls and over the weekend, there was an epic reaction from Wenatchee Wild assistant Chris Clarke after a bad call.

As the Wild trailed the Kenai River Brown Bears by the score of 2-1 in WAHL regular season game, the Brown Bears were given a seven-minutes of powerplay time.

That drew the ire of Clarke who decided to go into his bag of tricks to mock the referees by dressing up like a blind man:


Clarke was ejected from the game for gross misconduct....

After defeating Stanislaus Warinka in an epic fourth round match at the 2013 Australian Open, tennis star Novak Djokovic decided to let out his emotions.

Dwight Howard airballs free throw during Lakers/Heat


Nearing the end of Thursday night's Los Angeles Lakers/Miami Heat game, Lakers center Dwight Howard stepped to the free throw line with his team trailing by two in the final minutes of the game.

For anyone that doesn't know, Dwight isn't exactly the greatest free throw shooter and many should have assumed that his first free throw wasn't going to go well.

Soccer playing dad hits his son in the head with shot


Teaching your children about sports at a young age is usually a good thing until you decide to teach them how to play and that’s where many things can go horribly wrong.

Check out this soccer crazed father kicking the soccer ball around his backyard with his young son until he gets this brilliant idea to do a trick shot.

As his young son stands in front of the goal, the dad does some dribbling and then rockets a shot at the goal, which plunks his son right in the head. The waterworks were only a few seconds away:

University of Georgia players attempt to recover fumble, fail to do so


During yesterday's Capital One Bowl between the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the University of Georgia, it appeared that Georgia had an easy touchdown off of a punt block in the first quarter of play.

While many Georgia special teamers ran to the end zone to recover the ball, wide receiver Justin Scott-Wesley appeared to have it controlled.

Then suddenly, the ball squirts lose and not a single Georgia player could recover it before it rolled out of the end zone:



Ultimately, Georgia got a safety out of the block and went onto win the Capital One Bowl by the score of 45-31.

Dutch soccer fan falls down after attempting to kick ball from stands, loses beer


Since this is Laugh At Sports, sports fans or players falling have to become a featured part of this site.

Last weekend, a Dutch soccer fan had an unfortunate trip during a Dutch Eridivisie League match between Vitesse and Roda.

In the 36th minute of play, the ball ended up going into the stands and a fan holding a beer attempted to kick the ball back into play.
Sadly for him, he slipped during the kick and lost his beer along with his pride:
