University of Georgia players attempt to recover fumble, fail to do so

During yesterday's Capital One Bowl between the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the University of Georgia, it appeared that Georgia had an easy touchdown off of a punt block in the first quarter of play.

While many Georgia special teamers ran to the end zone to recover the ball, wide receiver Justin Scott-Wesley appeared to have it controlled.

Then suddenly, the ball squirts lose and not a single Georgia player could recover it before it rolled out of the end zone:

Ultimately, Georgia got a safety out of the block and went onto win the Capital One Bowl by the score of 45-31.
